| SALES POLICY |
Youth exhibitors must have a parents consent prior to sale. If
a youth exhibitor contacts us, we may require a contact # so
that we may speak directly to a parent.
~Prices and availability are subject to change according to
development.
~Personal checks are not accepted. We accept cash, money
order, cashiers check or Paypal. NO EXCEPTIONS.
~When paying with Paypal, the buyer will be required to add
3% to the total payment, this is to cover the Paypal charges.
~A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit must be received to
place a rabbit on hold.
~A rabbit will be held for 7 days. At the close of 7 days,
arrangements must be made for pick-up, or the rabbit is
re-listed for sale and NO REFUND will be given (Hence
NON-REFUNDABLE)
~Pet Quality pricing starts at $25.00 and will be sold without a
pedigree and with no guarantee. If you would like the
pedigree for a "pet" the price of the pet would then be priced
according to quality.
~We DO NOT sell to pet stores or to persons that are involved
in a third party transaction. If you are buying for someone
other than yourself, then the interested party must contact us
directly.
~Refunds will not be given under any circumstances.
~Replacements will only be given at our discretion. If you are
requesting a replacement, the original purchased rabbit must
be returned to us. If death has occurred within 7 days of
purchase, place the rabbit in the freezer and contact us
immediately.
~Shipping is not available. Pickup at our Rabbitry or free
delivery to any show that we attend. (See our Show Schedule
for details)
** Inquiry: Someone has made contact, expressed interest.
However the rabbit is sold on a First Come, First Serve Basis.
** Pending: Someone wants to purchase but deposit has not
been received
** Deposit: 50% of cost has been received, and purchaser
has 7 days to pick-up or make arrangements to pick-up.
** Sold: Cost has been paid in full and pick-up arrangements
have been made.
~After 48 hours of no contact with an interested buyer, the
rabbit is no longer marked inquiry. Communication is the key
to success.
~Rabbits are living, breathing creatures...We have the right to
cancel the sale of a rabbit to any person, at any time, at our
discretion.
